Wash away unsalable material and increase end product value with just one washing unit. Already proven in more than 50 operations worldwide, W.S. Tyler’s Haver Hydro-Clean™ washes highly deleterious material from aggregate at high volumes using significantly less water while requiring a much smaller footprint. Recently improved, it now further maximizes contact between the aggregate and high-pressure water forces and is manufactured using less raw materials. The Greenest Way To Clean Aggregate - Uses up to 75 percent less water than traditional log washers and screws
- Uses up to 90 percent recycled water
- Uses up to 15 percent less energy than traditional log washers and screws
- Compact, modular construction assures flexible adaption to existing environment
- Reduces waste piles through better cleaning of salable product
No Stone Left Unscrubbed - Removes silt and clay as small as 63 microns
- Cleans the pores and dimples of finer material
- Processes up to 400 TPH of salable material
- Compact size and weight reduces overall structural and operational costs
- Few moving components for lower maintenance costs
| The Hydro-Clean uses up to 75 percent less water and 15 percent less energy than traditional log washers and screws. | | Unique Cleaning Process Taking a maximum feed material size of up to 6 inches into its vertical drum, the Hydro-Clean uses high-pressure nozzles, rotating at 90 rpm, to spray water on the material with pressures up to 2,900 psi (200 bars). The turbulence in the drum creates additional scrubbing and abrasive forces that enhance the cleaning process as the material travels down the drum cylinder. During the cleaning process, the washed material works its way down the drum and exits onto a discharge conveyor that leads to a standard rinse screen, which removes any remaining dirt or clay still on the stone as it fractionates the material. The resulting dirty water flows through polyurethane screen panels installed in the sides of the washing drum and is collected by a waste water system, which sends the water to the rinse screen as well. Underneath the rinse screen is a fines hopper which directs it to the plant's water treatment system for recycling. The HC3509 test unit cleans your material on-site. | | Removes silt and clay particles as small as 63 microns. | | Schedule An On-Site Test W.S. Tyler designed an HC350 mobile testing unit to demonstrate the Hydro-Clean’s washing ability in your applications. This unique unit: - Cleans your material on-site
- Produces salable material as part of your existing process or independently
- Is a small-scale unit, so you see exactly how a new unit will work
- Excels at washing any coarse material smaller than 3 inches
- Comes ready to work
