Paul Staroszczyk | Spancrete, the leader in the precast/prestressed concrete industry, added Paul Staroszczyk to the role of manager of quality assurance where he will focus on continuous improvement in Spancrete’s products and processes. In his new role, Staroszczyk is responsible for developing quality planning for the inspection, testing and evaluation of materials, processes and products that support Spancrete’s strategies and business direction. With extensive experience in value stream mapping, problem solving and decision analysis, he will leverage Lean, Six Sigma and other quality methodologies to drive process improvements for the Precast and Global Machinery divisions. “Like so many other manufacturers, we are in a constant state of improvement, making every attempt to maximize all resources, minimize error and drive out waste,” says Alan Antoniewicz, president and COO of Spancrete. “Having Paul on board will help us reach the next level of excellence.” Staroszczyk most recently held leadership roles for Modine Manufacturing, spearheading continuous operational improvements. He received a degree in industrial engineering from Gateway Technical College before earning a master’s degree in business administration from Concordia University.
