TorcUP, Inc. was founded in 1996 by John Kovacs.  Starting from a mobile office with nothing more than pure desire and a drive to be the best, TorcUP was built on the philosophy to be different. In Kovacs own words, “The founding principle of TorcUP was to bring functionally and technologically advanced torque tools with proven performance benefits to the world,”  Today, TorcUP designs and manufactures the most advanced line of critical bolting application torque machines in the world.
