Telsmith JCP 2238-(38)
Telsmith’s new closed circuit JCP 2238-(38) two-stage portable crushing plant features a 2238 Hydra-jaw as the primary crusher and a 38 SBS cone crusher. Material is fed by a 36” x 12” vibrating grizzly feeder and material is close circuited on a 5’ x 14’ triple deck screen. This self contained, electric drive, portable plant can be moved in one complete unit, allowing for high mobility and quick set-up. This plant is a very flexible tool to maximize the efficiency of your quarry operation.

2238 Jaw Crusher with Hydra-Jaw Technology
This jaw accepts 533mm (21”) feed material while providing superior uptime availability and increased safety. Features like factory engineered push button hydraulic adjustment, automatic tramp iron relief (auto reset) and remote control hydraulic chamber clearing significantly increases plant availability and provides operators with the safest crushing plant on the market.
38 Cone Crusher
Capable of processing in excess of 200MTPH, the 38 SBS cone crusher features standard options, such as hydraulic relief & clearing, dynamic adjust, and hydraulic lock and unlock. The optional anti-spin system prevents head spin, extends manganese life and provides for more consistent product gradation
