The TGM Series Super Pressure Trapezium Mill consists of a mainframe, speed reducer, powder separator, blower, bag filter, pipes, powder collector and motor. The peripheral equipment combines a jaw crusher, bucket elevator, feeder, hopper and electric control panel. The mill can grind non-flammable and non-explosive minerals with Moh’s hardness of lower than 9 and with humidity less than 6%. It is widely used in metallurgy, manufacturing of building materials and widely used in the chemical and mining industry Working Principle: Initially large materials are crushed by the jaw crusher to the needed sizes. Next materials are elevated to the storage hopper by a bucket elevator. Materials are then fed into the grinding chamber by the vibrating feeder and ground evenly and continuously. Powder left after grinding goes upward and is separated by the powder separator. Material meeting the caliber of fineness enters into the cyclone powder collector and is then discharged as final product. The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connected to the upper part of central axis at the rollers forms a vibrating pivot and shovel system. Materials fed into the space between the turning rollers and shovels are grinded by the pressure and produce a fine powder.
