Columbia Steel offers Slab Breaker jaw designs for most popular crushers, making your jaw crusher a more cost-effective recycling tool.

Do slabs fall through your jaw crusher without being crushed? Do slabs fail to break and create blockage? Columbia Steel has the solution. They have been helping crusher operators recycle concrete and asphalt materials for over 35 years. With Slab Breaker jaw patterns for nearly 70 makes and models of equipment, and more being developed all the time, Columbia can help you increase productivity and reduce downtime.

Slab Breaker jaws are based on their conventional and high tooth jaw designs with additional raised slab breakers located in pitch with the conventionally located teeth. The number of slab breakers is in proportion to the width of the size and model of the jaw crusher. This allows you to set your discharge setting for a reasonable opening and still break slabs that otherwise would flow through the crusher.

Are you an HSI user?
If you use a horizontal shaft impactor to crush slabby material, ask them about their HSI blow bars and wear parts.

Guaranteed, made-in-USA quality
Their jaws are available in tough standard manganese steel alloy, and in their Xtralloy® premium manganese. Every part is made at their Portland, Oregon facility, and is guaranteed for proper fit, performance and customer satisfaction.
