Stonemont Solutions provides quality control and mix design software to the construction material industry. Our integrated software products include aggQC, asphaltQC, concreteQC, crusherQC, and Plant Flow. Stonemont software is used at over 1900 plants. Our desktop, server, and enterprise software solutions easily scale from the single plant operators to the largest producers. Our server and enterprise edition can be centrally managed for real-time access and analysis of your critical products. Automated features include email alerts on quality failures and automatic data analysis and reports that can be generated and emailed daily, weekly, or monthly. Automated analysis and reporting saves time and money by allowing quality managers to focus on quality rather than spending hours to compile reports for sales and operations personnel. All of our software products are tightly integrated and designed with a familiar interface which promotes ease of use. Integration is very apparent during asphalt and concrete mix design development because component aggregate products are readily available from aggregate plants. In addition, plant flow modeling can utilize product test results for crushers and flow streams. Component aggregate physical properties, such as gradations, FM, specific gravities, and other quality test results can be quickly and easily updated in mix designs. Stonemont software provides a rich set of data entry, analysis and reporting capabilities that will expand your current quality control and mix design capabilities and benefit your organization. aggQC is the premier aggregate quality and process control management system available today. aggQC includes many analysis and reporting tools to help you improve your product consistency for customers. aggQC supports many state agency reporting requirements eliminating double-entry of data saving both time and money. Used by the top 13 MegaProducers1 Used by 6 of the largest quarrying operations Used by 5 of the largest sand and gravel operations 1Rock Products, MegaProducers 2008 Used at some or all top 13 mega producer operations Used by 17 of the top 25 MegaProducers asphaltQC asphaltQC is a powerful mix design and quality control program for asphalt producers. asphaltQC is fully integrated with aggQC providing a similar user-friendly experience and powerful analysis and reporting capabilities. This integration allows mix component properties to be easily updated or substituted. | Integrated Plant Flow Modeling |
Asphalt Mix Design o Superpave, Marshall, Hveem o Trial and final mixes o Drag and drop mix components o Mix component substitution o Risk analysis o Lab batching o Bailey blending method o Volumetric charts o Submittal reports o European OCL and Sector 14 o Extraction, Ignition, Cold Feed, Cold Bin, Hot Bin testing concreteQC concreteQC is a powerful mix design and quality control program for ready-mix producers. concreteQC is fully integrated with aggQC allowing for mix component properties to be easily kept current with data from aggregate suppliers. Concrete Mix Design o Supports ACI and other mix designs o Trial and final mixes o Drag and drop mix components o Mix component substitution o Required strength calculations o Combined, coarse, and fine aggregate blends o Individual retained and coarseness factor charts o Submittal reports o Concrete batch and break testing crusherQC crusherQC is an add-on to aggQC that provides the ability to record and track crusher data. Using the Crusher Test data entry form, users can enter a feed and discharge gradation and other pertinent information such as closed-side setting and motor speed and crusherQC will compute and save other related results such as reduction ratio and % passing closed-side setting. These results can then be analyzed using a variety of analysis and charting tools such as multi-variable run charts to view multiple results on one chart. crusherQC also can be used to track crusher motor history and wear part history data. Plant Flow Modeling Plant Flow Modeling is an add-on to aggQC. It is a robust, integrated design tool that allows users to create and manage multiple plant flows at an aggregate operation. Users can drag and drop different plant elements onto a design window, connect the flow streams, manage properties of the different elements, and than run the plant. Plant Flow will indicate plant bottle necks and also allow users to find bottle necks in the plant by optimizing on feed rates, conveyor capacity, and / or screening capacity. In addition, a full set of quick summary reports, and charts are available for any element or multiple elements in the design. Plant Flow is unique due to its integration with aggQC. This integration allows users to use actual crusher data from crusherQC and load product gradation results from aggQC to compare to the model predicted results. This allows you to calibrate your model using observed data prior to proceeding with “What If” scenarios. Plant Flow is an enterprise application capable of running over the network. Plant Flow designs no longer have to be restricted to a few users with hardware keys. Instead, individual flow diagrams can be locked as necessary and copies of them can be widely available for use by quality control and operations staff.

Here are some comments from Stonemont Solution customers James R.D. Cox, Cemex says: "We have never looked back. This system is now the preferred system for Rinker Materials. Not only does this system perform all of the analysis required by our Quality Management System, but also it is compliant with the many state agencies that we work within. We currently run the enterprise system with 35 plants on line. We can review "real time data" from 35 plants. This information is invaluable for management of the quality of our products. The support, which we have received from Stonemont after the purchase, has been exceptional. Upgrades have been a regular feature with aggQC. If recommendations are acceptable they are included in the regular updates. Custom Programming is not a problem. When we needed an interface between aggQC and our Canty Vision System (our video grading system), custom programming was provided within weeks. " Raymond Ball, Director of Resources and Labor Relations, National Lime and Stone Co. says: "National Lime & Stone has been using the Desktop Edition of aggQC software program for the last two years in all of our aggregate facilities. The ease of use of the software and the data analysis capabilities of the software has significantly aided our plants in their quality improvement initiatives. The intuitive interface of the different buttons and tools available in the software assists individuals using the software for the first time." Chris Upp, Operations Manager, Conco Quarries says: "Through the vast number of ways to analyze data and then report it, we have helped our customers better understand the products they receive. The thing that attracted me most to this system was the ease at which we could train our employees to use the system.". . . In my opinion aggQC is the premier software system for the aggregate industry" Neal Barber, SC Area Quality Supervisor, Hanson Aggregates Southeast, Inc. says: "Since installation, we have improved our ability to track data internally and share the information with plant personnel and management as well as our Customers. We have had several opportunities to "impress" our Customers with a variety of report formats and charts in a quick time frame that they have not seen before. This alone gives the Customer a secure feeling that we can respond to his needs in a timely fashion whenever needed. This confidence helps to maintain a strong Customer / Supplier relationship."
