deck screen with a 50 hp (37 kW) electric motor drive and complete spray system. The sturdy, wheeled chassis incorporates heavy duty I-beam construction and triple axle suspension. The highly portable plant utilizes four cribbing support legs with two manual landing jacks for easy truck hookup and removal. The TXW620HT portable wash plant incorporates a high capacity 36-inch x 25-foot (914 x 7620 mm) twin screw with two 15 hp (11 kW) drives. The unit also features an under screen fines collection flume, washout and hinged slurry box. The water spray system covers all three screen decks, slurry box, flume and washout. Heavy duty discharge chutes are lined with abrasion resistant plate in heavy wear areas. Standard plants have top and middle deck over chutes and a bottom deck cross conveyor for multiple product capabilities. Options are available for a middle deck cross conveyor and electrical panel.
