This nozzle works simply by moving water or other fluid through a screen mesh that surrounds a rotating hub. The hub is driven by the extraordinary air velocity generated by the original Buffalo Turbine Debris Blower high speed turbine style fan and can reach speeds of over 5000 RPM. The solution is forced through the rotating Mesh screen causing a high speed impact which pulverizes the fluid into a uniform spectrum of atomized droplets. The tiny droplets when formed will mix with the highly turbulent airflow and will project the 30 - 200 micron size particles into the air well over 150-foot to immediately begin collecting a trapping airborne Dust Particulates and odors, ultimately resulting in an immediate reduction of pollution on site.
