Deister Screens and Feeders

Customized to your exact requirements and designed to fit existing structures, Deister screens and feeders are built to produce high-quality, in-spec material.

USM - 2512 A high-capacity, two-deck, 5' x 12' inclined drum mix asphalt plant scalping screen with reversible side discharge chutes, undersized chute, stationary deck selector/bypass chute and sub-base

BHM - 3820 A heavy duty, three-deck, 8' x 20 inclined washing/rinsing screen with dual vibrating mechanisms and baked epoxy coated springs

BFO - 2510 A two-deck, 5' x 10' horizontal vibrating screen designed for use in stationary or portable plants where a lack of headroom prevents the installation of inclined screens

TFO - 1612 - DW A single-deck, 6' x 12' dewatering screen featuring heavy duty construction and increased centrifugal force, designed to capture and dewater fine material

BTFM3P - 3620 A three-deck, 6' x 20' triple-shaft horizontal screen; combines the efficiency and low headroom of horizontal screens with the benefits of a smooth running oval stroke usually associated with inclined screens

VGB - 8416 A base-mounted, step-deck constructed, 84" x 16' vibrating grizzly with 64" grizzly bars. Cast manganese steel grizzly bars are individually mounted for adjustability and ease of replacement

VFG - 6024 A 60" x 24' vibrating grizzly feeder; combines scalping and feeding in one operation while providing a continuous, uniform material flow from the hopper to the crusher

BHST - 1616 A single-deck 6' x 16' high-speed vibrating screen; its higher G-force and steeper inclination results in optimum separation of fine materials

UHS - 4616 - DDS A four-deck, 6' x 16' dual sand deck, inclined vibrating asphalt plant screen; its increased capacity on the sand deck is ideal when the surface course requires a larger percentage of sand in the mix

BHT - 2716 A two-deck, heavy-duty, 7" x 16' inclined washing/rinsing screen; its Type T vibrating mechanism features a powerful positive elliptical throw action that permits a flatter screen operating angle by controlling material movement on the screen for the greatest speed and efficiency in sizing
