MGL designs and manufactures a variety of heavy-duty Crushing, Screening, Conveying, Aggregate Washing and Recycling equipment.

Conveying

MGL’s Conveyor Division makes radial stackers, transfer conveyors and overland conveyors in many different lengths and widths. Their designs include channel frame and lattice frame constructions. Incorporated into the design, they use only the most durable heavy duty idlers, pulleys and belt. Some conveyors are equipped with a diesel/hydraulic power unit while others are electric powered. The discharge height/angle of incline can be adjusted hydraulically. Most can be equipped with belt scales. The newest addition to our conveyor line is the Track Conveyor which is a 60’ or 75’ lattice frame conveyor mounted on heavy duty tracks and is powered by an 85hp diesel/hydraulic power unit. Their standard conveyors include: 40’ & 50’ Channel frame stackers with 30” & 36”wide belts and 65’ & 74’ Lattice frame stackers with 30” & 36” wide belts.

Crushing

Portable Cone Crusher/Screening Plant 36” Cone and 5’ X 16’ 3-Deck Horizontal Screenbox mounted on a road transportable chassis.

They offer several types and sizes of portable and static crushers.  They build HSI, VSI, Cone and Jaw Crushers on portable chassis with tracks or wheels depending on the customer’s needs.  They also fabricate static chassis for these crushers as well.  Their Megatrax Impactor Primary HSI on tracks features a wobbler feeder which removes the fines prior to crushing.   Single and two product configurations are available with electric or diesel/hydraulic power.  These crushers are able to produce up to 1,200 tons per hour and can be coupled with a 100’ radial stacker.

Screening and Washing

Typical semi-portable aggregate washing system This plant consists of a feeder, incline conveyor, 6’ X 20’ wash screen, sand screw, HSI crusher on skid frame, transfer and stacking conveyors.

Screening
There are many different portable screen plants, screening equipment and screening systems MGL have to offer. Their 620 Track Scalper incorporates a vibrating grizzly feeder with a 6' X 20' single deck screenbox and two 60" wide conveyors either end, all mounted on a heavy duty chassis set on tracks. MGL Handy Screens have a 9’ X 6” screenbox mounted on a heavy-duty frame and can be pulled to a job-site and set up quickly and easily. Standard models and EX models with conveyors are available. The 516 and 616 Ball Screeners have a feed hopper, 5' X 16' or a 6' X 16' screenbox (bottom deck has vibrating balls to clean screen) and three discharge conveyors, all mounted on a chassis. Their Disc Screener consists of a 72" wide feeder, a 20 rotor, 5' wide X 20' long disc screen bed (separates fines from oversize material), two discharge conveyors and a diesel/hydraulic power unit mounted at the rear of a road transportable chassis. We have designed and manufactured a custom 12' diameter X 50' long trommel as well as several 9’ diameter X 38’ long trommels used in wood mulch plants. They have also built towers for static 8’ X 20’ 3-deck screenboxes with wraparound walkways for maintenance.

Washing
MGL can design, manufacture and install large scale and small scale aggregate systems based on what products our customers are trying to achieve. They use computer software to determine all aspects of a plant’s production. Feeders, screenbox towers, surge hoppers, crushers, wash plants, incline conveyors and overland conveyors are just some of the components of aggregate systems we have built and installed. We also manufacture a portable wash plant that incorporates a 5' X 16' or 6' X 16' screenbox and a twin 36" sand screw all on a road transportable chassis.

Recycling

Recycling
Their recycling picking station typically consists of a 60” belt feeder, a 60’ x 60” incline conveyor, a 6’ X 20’ step deck screenbox with punch plate screens mounted on a tower and a 60” wide picking line with platforms and a roof. The number of bays depends on the customers' needs; they manufacture four and five bay picking stations commonly. Quick setup on site is achieved by their modular construction - less than 2 days setup time. Recycle your landfill or construction and demolition material such as wood, concrete, plastics, paper and metal.
