The Lokotrack LT200HP mobile crushing plant is built around one of top cone crushers in the industry, the Metso HP200. The HP200 cone crusher delivers high capacity and reliability, in addition to quality end products and low wear part costs. The HP200 can process up to 275 TPH, thanks to its 8¼" feed opening. A 415-HP CAT C-13 diesel engine with hydraulic drive provides variable crusher speed. The user can optimize crusher speed for the specific liners and feed stock, and thereby control gradation, maximize throughput and reduce wear material cost per ton. A standard feature of the LT200HP is the IC600 intelligent control system. It monitors and controls the crushing process, ensuring continuous and stable material flow to the cone, for good capacity and quality end products. The IC600 control system displays all essential information concerning the crushing process and operation of the unit. Process parameters, like crusher speed, can be optimized and adjusted through the interactive display.
Versatile operation with other Metso LT and ST units
The Lokotrack LT200HP can easily be operated with other Lokotrack mobile crushers and screens. For example, an LT200HP can be used with a Lokotrack ST3.5 tracked mobile screen, in open- as well as closed-circuit operation. In a complete mobile plant operation consisting of an LT106, LT200HP and ST3.5, all three units can be linked together for perfect synchronization between the units. And thanks to compact transport dimensions, the LT200HP is easy to move from one job site to another, providing more effective crushing time and improved profitability.
