- McLanahan’s Universal Jaw Crusher, first patented in the U.S. in 1906, is capable of a 6 to 1 reduction ratio when used as a primary crusher. Available in many model sizes, each crusher is designed with a deep crushing chamber for optimum nip, as well as a steep toggle angle for maximum crushing force. The H-Series features adjust-on-the-fly technology.
- Thor Global has delivered a ThorLoPro LPT140 low profile portable radial telescopic conveyor to a gold heap leaching application in Mexico. At this location gold ore is crushed and conveyed from two separate crushing plants into a surge pile that feeds multiple transfer conveyors, a bridge conveyor and finally the low profile telescopic stacker.
- Carrier’s custom-designed fluid bed processing equipment is engineered to dry and/or cool material at a wide variation of feed rates. Process gas is directed through a bed of solids via perforated plate to provide necessary airflow to achieve desired processing. Fluid bed options include Dryer only, Dryer/Cooler, and Dryer Cooler with partial recirculation.
- Messinger, a leading manufacturer of bearings used in mining, construction, stacker/reclaimer, tunnel boring and other applications, has expended its capabilities to become what is says is the only North American manufacturer to produce and repair rolling element bearings up to 25 ft. in dia. Savings of up to 65% over the cost of new bearings are claimed.
- Reichdrill manufactures a complete line of rotary and down-the-hole (DTH) equipment that offers superior performance in quarrying, construction, mining and other industries. It includes the C-450-DII which has a rated capacity for 4.5 in. to 6.5 in. for depths to 78 ft., and the T-650 DII which has a rated capacity of 5 in. to 6.75 in. for depths to 200 ft.
- Laser Technology’s laser-base field measurement tools (ISO 9001-2008 Certified) offer an easier, quicker and safer method of taking measurements for estimating. They can verify distances, clearances, spans and heights, measure and calculate stockpile volumes and tonnage in the field, and do perfect rock face profiling to ensure a safe blast.
- Fall Protection Systems says its P Series portable skid-mounted fall protection system offers an inexpensive solution for mines and quarries. The system provides safer fall arrest performance with minimal deflection. Features include single point 20-, 40- and 60-ft. coverage options. Models include 500 lb. man-rated trolley with built-in forklift tubes.
- AZFAB’s Super Cutter Hydro-Cyclone 2000/150 has no moving parts and uses centrifugal force alone to separate materials by size and density. It comes in multiple models with capacities ranging from 400 to 3000 gpm of water and solids. It will operate at plus or minus 10% of its rated gpm. In addition, it can operate from 0 to100% of its rated tons per hour.
- Telestack specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of a range of mobile bulk material handling systems including track conveyors, hopper feeders, radial telescopics, truck unloaders and link conveyors for operation in mines, quarries and other industries. Their conveyors can produce up to 1000 tph and have a discharge height up to 40 ft.
- Martin Engineering’s Cougar® vibrating tables are designed to settle a broad range of bulk materials. All models are equipped with a variable-frequency drive and digital readout for consistent vibration cycles. Available in working heights of 30 in. and 36 in., the tables feature pneumatic isolation and come in standard voltages from 115 to 575 volts.
- Phoenix Process Equipment is the exclusive North America distributor and partner for KISA/Phoenix bucket wheels which are designed for the capture, de-sliming and dewatering of sand and gravel slurries. Wheels with diameters in excess of 26 ft. and widths over 2 ft. x 4.5 ft. can achieve hydraulic capacities of of 17,500 gpm and throughputs up to 1,760 stph.
